The CLIC Project is intended to provide access to computers and the internet to teachers and students in schools throughout conflict-affected areas of Mindanao. During the GEM 2 Program, approximately 680 schools became CLIC partners. In GEM 3, the CLIC Project will provide Internet-connected computers to additional high schools in conflict-affected areas. It will also furnish additional computers to chosen high schools previously provided with CLIC assistance, and through the Teacher-CLIC Program, will give Internet-connected computers to selected elementary schools primarily for teachers' use.
