The Education Matching Grant Project through its Education Awareness Support Effort (EASE), provides grants to match, peso-for-peso, the funds raised by the school’s PTCAs and other community organizations to improve specific education programs such as establishments of libraries, science laboratories, home economics facilities, computer laboratories and multi-media computer centers to schools throughout conflict-affected areas of Mindanao.
During the GEM 2 Program, 546 matching grants were given to schools and in GEM 3, EASE will provide additional 1,000 matching grants. The names and locations of the schools are reflected in the matrices click here.
