21 INTERNS COMPLETE PROGRAM FOR YOUNG MUSLIM LEADERS. Faida H. Latip, a computer engineer from Isabela City, Basilan, delivers her valedictory address at the Completion Ceremony of the 4th Congressional Internship Program for Young Muslim Leaders (CIPYML), held in Dusit Hotel, Makati City.
